About company

Adato, s.r.o. is private-owned engineering and construction company. History of the company goes back to 1990, when engineering company GM Consult had been established. Following two years of successful operation GM Consult established a joint venture with Energo Tlmače company. New organisation structure had been known under the trade name Istroenergo. We had operated in the new venture for seven years. The original company GM Consult then quit the joint venture in 2000 and it has been registered under the new trade name Adato, s.r.o.

The company is insured against damages arisen from its activities in accordance with Slovak law up to 130,000 EUR. The company estate is also insured. Besides, we sign a separate insurance contract for each project under construction indi-vidually.

The company is now in the process of Quality Management System implementa-tion under the leadership of TÜV Bayern Sachsen.

Job security is ensured according to valid Slovak law through internal guidelines and directions. Job security is audited by independent organisation. In case of project realisation abroad we guide ourselves by valid laws and jurisdiction in the country of site. The company book-keeping is properly led in line with valid law and all tax duties are paid properly and in time.
