In the interest of compatibility with a wide spectrum of customers and subsuppliers our company uses products based on Microsoft Windows® operation system. All text documents are edited using office package Microsoft Office®.
For strength-dilatation calculation of pipeline routes we use internationally recognised specialised software Triflex from Nor-Par a. s. Using this product we can calculate and determine hazardous points in the pipeline system and eliminate them due to suitable laying of individual routes. This way it is possible to avoid potential problems in operation of the work.
Upon calculated values it is possible to display various results such as dilatation line or resulting in spectral diagram.
There is another commonly used product in our company and it is software for calculation of hydraulic conditions in pipeline systems - PipeNet™ from company Sunrise Systems Ltd. Using this product we can calculate pressure losses of the entire pipeline system as well as basic parameters of hydraulic conditions in any point of the pipeline route.
For the core of a project (schemas, drawings, specifications and lists) we use PDS system (planning, designing, specifying). In practice it means that a 3D model is created based on a schema. During designing of the work, finishing touches to this model are put and in the end complex project documentation – views, sections, details, isometry, specifications and lists – is generated from the model using various software applications. All these operations are performed in MicroStation® environment and its add-ons from ©Bentley Systems, Incorporated.
For creation of 3D models of pipeline routes we use PlantSpace® Design Series v8. We adapted this product according to our own requirements and today we can responsibly declare we are able to design any pipeline routes according to European and international standards.
